BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 6151 East Brainerd Road, being on the northwest line of East Brainerd Road at Melrose Avenue. Lots 1, 2, and 3, block 3, Starkey and Webb's Subdivision of Blocks 2 and 3, and Part of Block 1, Old Crabtree Farm, as shown by plat of record in plat book 13, page 17, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1114, page 429, ROHC, and deed book 1440, page 529, ROHC.
